Wolf Man Mug - based on an artwork by Zhuo Wang
Why were the wolves white?
Sergei Penkejeff was one of Sigmund Freud's most famous patients. The harrowing childhood nightmare of "six or seven wolves in a walnut tree" that he recounted to Freud earned him the nickname 'Wolf Man'. He made a sketch of the dream for Freud, and in later life produced several paintings of it.
A mug adorned with an illustrative interpretation of the Wolf Man's paintings. It has been designed specially for the Freud Museum London by Chinese-Austrian psychodynamic therapist and mixed-media artist, Zhuo Wang.
